Lost wax casting
Learn to carve your design in jewellers wax, and understand the fascinating process of how it will be cast in metal. You will be guided every step of the way or as much as you would like, and you will finish with a wearable ring that you designed and made!
There are some limits with what you can make with wax, if you have any queries about this, please contact hello@tillysudsbury.com to find out more.
All materials will be provided, and no experience is necessary.
We always provide some snacks and drinks to make this a relaxed, fun environment.
By the end of the class, your piece will be completed. Lead times are currently 6 weeks.

Workshop ticket - £55, this includes your experience, materials and tools, demonstration of tools and guidance through each step (does not include your ring)
Your ring cast in recycled sterling silver (10g)- £80 this is extra and includes cleaning up and polishing, size check
Casting in gold - dependent on weight
Stones - from £20
18ct Gold vermeil - £50
*If your ring weighs over 10g in silver there will be an extra charge that is determined by the weight of your finished ring.

CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds are offered on workshop tickets. You may re-schedule your tickets up to 7 in advance of the event. After this time you cannot rescedule your session.
