We offer a free re-size on all our made to order items. Contact hello@tillysudsbury.com to organise your re-size.

Gold plating

We can always re-plate your jewellery, however due to the sensitive nature of gold plating, we do not offer a guarantee. Gold plating prices start from £45. Contact hello@tillysudsbury.com to organise this.

Repairs

We will repair your jewellery whenever you need. If you need your jewellery repaired, contact us via the online form or at hello@tillysudsbury.com
There may be a cost to repair items, however if we can do it for free we absolutely will :)

Shipping and Returns

All items are made to order and can take up to three weeks to arrive within the UK, and six weeks internationally. Items are sent via Royal Mail special delivery, and require a signature. Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 2 weeks of date received, items must be returned unworn, in the same condition. We offer a free resizing service on all made to order items.

There may be a charge to resize custom items unless otherwise specified. Due to the handmade nature of our products, some of our pieces vary in shape and size from images and dimensions shown online.

Refunds are not issued on custom orders and deposits are non-refundable.
