SHIPPING AND RETURNS
CHRISTMAS ORDERS:
Items in ‘ready to ship’ are guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed from ‘read to ship’ section, will be shipped within 2-3 working days.
Made to order items take up to 3 weeks to arrive within the UK, and 6 weeks internationally. Items are sent via special delivery service with Royal Mail and require a signature. Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 2 weeks of date received. The pieces must be returned unworn, in the same condition. We offer a free resizing service on all made to order items. To arrange a return or a re-size, email hello@tillysudsbury.com.
There may be a charge to resize custom items unless otherwise specified. Due to the handmade nature of our products, some of our pieces vary in shape and size from images and dimensions shown online.
Refunds are not issued on custom orders and deposits are always non-refundable.
